Returns

SandStand™ will accept returns for refund within 14 days from delivery. After we confirm no major damage has occurred, a full refund will be issued with the exception of the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. This may take up to two weeks for processing. Call us at 1 (516) 500-1294 or email us info@sandstand.com with information about why you'd like to return your SandStand™ and we'll help get the return process started for you.

Limited Warranty

We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for 30 days from the date of receipt.

This limited warranty applies only to damage of SandStand™ table and SandStand™ hardware components that is not caused through accident, misuse, neglect, or causes deemed outside normal use.

We may, at our sole discretion offer to repair or replace any hardware that we deemed as acceptable.

While the SandStand™ is designed & constructed with all premium components, we are always looking to improve the durability of the SandStand™ product. Your feedback & recommendations are always appreciated.
